I'm a newbie!

Hi all,

My name is Kim (wife and mother to 4 little ones) and I am just starting my weight loss journey. My goal is 50lbs total. So far I have lost 6 pounds but I have just started.

I would love any tips and I could use lots of support. I count calories, do Zumba workouts at the gym and love to swim.

My worst enemy is night eating. I get so hungry around 11pm!!!
My best friend is salad and light vinaigrette.
