I was doing side by sides of my progress pics after loosing my first 10lbs.
I actually noticed that I had the pictures backwards because I saw too much weight in what was meant to be my after pic!
I don't typically notice changes even in side by sides but I did it! I actually noticed that the pictures were mixed up!
Small NSV but to me its huge!!
