I can't figure out the best and most accurate way to input the exercise that I do. I do a 15 minute at home walking video that equals 1 mile, I do a 10 minute total body stretch video, a 12 minute standing ab routine from fitness on demand, Then I do a 10 minute butt and leg workout from fitness tv as well. Then of course there is the arm curls and over head lifts but those I know how to input they are 10 reps of 2 at 3 lbs each arm. But how do I enter the other exercises are they considered strenghthening or cardio. I need some advise can anyone help?

all cardio. But you should get an HRM. I think that EVERYONE should have a decent HRM. I realize they are a little expensive for some, but they are the best fitness and health expense you can ever make IMHO.

i agree with the hrm. if it's not something you want to invest in at the moment, then take your heart rate at the end of each of these exercised. if you google a calories burned calculator, tons of things come up. select one that asks for age, gender, weight, and heart rate. this will give a number that is slightly more accurate than what the site gives.
