How do you log your work outs? I do not have a HRM YET and I am getting one soon. I have not been logging because I was not sure.

So if you have done this work out what did you do? (I have just finished week two of the Burn Circuit).

    I use my HRM to get the cal burned. without it you really have no way to tell.

    Strength training could work for now. Just be sure you actually eat all of those. For me it says 108 calories for 36 minutes (my HRM says I burned 142 for Burn Circuit 1 and 158 for Burn Circuit 2).
