Boyfriend hid the scale!

Monday was a horrible day. I was up a few pounds, I was sore all over, was overall blue, etc. I got over it!
I started 30 Day Shred for REAL this time, today will be day 3 and already it's getting easier (I did it 2 times last week but had technical difficulties) and my endurance is even up.
I was told that during these 30 days, I'll lose inches and gain muscle, and consequently won't actually lose very much weight. We all know how discouraging it is to step on a scale and see the number is the same as it was yesterday or last week or 3 weeks ago.
SO i weighed myself one last time, took my measurements, and then my boyfriend hid the scale, and will only be returned to me upon completion of the 30 Day Shred.
And yes I'll be back with some before and after results and pics.
Wish me luck!!!

You can and will do it! My husband also hid my scales for a week, but he forgot to put them back up after Monday...hehehe! So I had a weigh in today...I have a feeling he'll see my weight loss on here and hide the scale again. He's on his third day on MFP, and I'm proud of him so far. Hopefully I'll be a positive influence on him too.
I know it's hard to resist the urge to weigh. I'm kinda compulsive about it, so it might be a good thing for the scales to go into hiding.0
