Hi! I am Sheena and from Westville NY. I would like to lose about 20+ pounds but it seems like such a big challenge. Is there any way to not make it so overwhelming? Before got married it seemed easy to lose weight. I went to curves and lost 15 pounds but since then (been married 3 years) curves has closed (the owners moved away) and I am kinda lost. I did buy a dvd zumba set and been working out with them off and on. I guess my biggest question is...how do you fit in a workout when you have to work during the day?
