    Thank you. I feel so much younger too. Not at all my age. We are enjoying an active lifestyle, keeping up with our kids and wearing them out at times. Thankful to be showing our children a healthier lifestyle too.

    I've posted here and there about my weight loss but finally came across some before pictures of my husband and I together for some before and after (current). I joined MFP in Janaury 2011 and in January 2012 I have a recorded loss of 112 pounds. My husband started a couple of months later after seeing the pounds melt off me and he has now lost 40 pounds and recently ran a marathon.
