Zero or very low-calorie foods?

Hi! I'm starting back up with MFP... hopefully I'll have the personal will power to stay on track this time! I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for low-to-no calorie foods that are good to use as snacks in between meals or when running low on calorie allowance left in the day. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Fruit is best to snack on in my opinion or nuts. But diet snack products only give me cravins and seem to just put less in the packets resulting in less calories. But they seem to cost twice as much....
  • I've done a lot of researching on so-called "negative calorie" foods. Foods that are supposed to burn more calories in digestion than they provide.

Here's a list of "negative calorie" foods I found:
    Apples
    Apricots
    Blueberries
    Cantaloupe
    Cranberry
    Grapefruit
    Honeydew
    Lemon/Lime
    Mango
    Orange
    Papaya
    Peach
    Pineapple
    Raspberries
    Strawberries
    Tangerines
    Tomatoes
    Watermelon
    Asparagus
    Beets
    Broccoli(Raw)
    Cabbage
    Carrots
    Cauliflower
    Celery
    Chicory
    Cucumbers, Peeled
    Garlic
    Green beans
    Hot Chili Peppers
    Lettuce(Iceberg, Romaine)
    Onion
    Radishes
    Spinach
    Turnip
    Zucchini

I personally eat a lot of broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, celery, and zucchini as in between meal snacks.
