So I got off the wagon for about 2 months. and gained 8 pounds :frown: Started school full time on 6/30. As of about 5/20/09, I have not been following how I should. Prior to the that I was really good for 5 months.....so I just started logging again this week, and I actually thought I was making the correct choices....but I am really consuming 2000 a day... not the goal 1400 a day that I was going for.

Now here is the hard part. School. I am at school from 8:30 - 5pm. So I eat breakfast, a snack , lunch, a snack and then home for a snack and then dinner. Nice thing is school has a really great freezing cold water cooler....and I LOVE WATER! Bad thing is school is right next door to McDonalds....I mean like go out the door 10 steps and your in Micky D's, So I am avoiding it by not going outside at break......hehehe.

I am gonna go to the Farmers Market on my date with my hubby tomorrow (I know silly right). There is live music, great food (healthy) and farm fresh fruits and veggies for cheap!

Maybe I should start substituting my snacks from crackers and the like to raw fruits and veggies....hmmm thinkin'............

On a good note....I am still smoke free and so is hubby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:flowerforyou:
