where to find the best dietary guidlines?

Does anyone know of a website that has the best standards of dietary guidlines?
I would like to know how many calories, grams of carbs, fat, fiber, sodium, sugars etc is the "standard" and what should be the standard for 1200 cals, 1400 cal and so forth. I did a google search but just got a bunch of ads and I'm not feeling all the mouse-clickey today just getting over some serious infections.
Just trying to educate myself and thought some of you MFP peeps would have a link or 2 I could try :-)

Thanks! I have seen this site before (rec by the EM2WL group) but I hadn't actually perused other sections of it until this morning. I knew someone would have some great tips!0
