30 Day Shred & Shin Splints

Has anyone ever experienced shin splints from the 30 Day Shred? I am on Level 1 Day 5 and the pain was so bad last night. I am going to give myself a couple days of rest and try again. I think it may be the jumping jacks so I may need to modify that, but I also want to get the max out of the workout as I can. I can physically do the jump jacks, but maybe my body is telling me no?

Possibly. I was having some problems with the arches of my feet while doing jumping jacks during the first couple days, so I would substitute them with one of the other 30 second cardio things -- usually jump ropes. But definitely make sure you ice those shins! Shin splints suck but they can go away pretty quickly.0

Thanks. I iced them last night twice for 20 minutes each and this morning there is hardly any pain. I think I may try and substitute it with something else. Thanks again!0
