Hello,

I'm some what new to MFP. I have mostly just used this system to track my calorie intake and output.
Now I am enlightened to learn that I can connect with other people to help inspire, motivate and otherwise keep me focused and on track.

If there are any normal people out there that use MFP every day as I do and would like to respond I would love to swap tricks and tips!
