Hey everyone!! I just wanted to see if anyone has done this DVD and what results did you have with it?

This DVD is great it's 3, 20 minute workouts. Workout 1 is upper body, workout 2 is lower body, and workout 3 is abs. Each one is fun and goes by quickly, however, I am in pretty good shape so for each workout I'm lucky if I burn more than 150 calories, but I will usually do two workouts back to back. I would definitely recommend it! Super fun!0
