30 Day Shred...Now What?

Hi All,
I am just about done with the 30 Day Shred. I like that it is only 28 minutes. What are you guys doing now? I would like something that is about the same amount of time. Thanks!

    There are many workout DVD's that are circuit type workouts and only 20-30 min.

    Barry's Bootcamp (has you buy accessories) This has an Upper Body and Lower Body both 20 min. 1 min weight work using bands, and 1 min cardio. It also includes 2 Upper Body, 2 Lower Body, 2 Ab Workouts that are about 12 min. each.

    Jackie Warners One-on-One (only uses weights like Shred ) I don't have this one, but I understand that it has 3 20 min segments Upper Body, Lower Body and Abs.

    Results 10 Days to a Better Body (only uses weights like Shred)
    I have this workout and it has a 30 min upper body and 30 min lower body workout. This is 1 min of weight work followed by 1 min cardio.

    Jillian also has 2 other workouts No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. These both are about 50 min. when you include the warm-up and cool. You could just do 3 of the circuits if you wanted to.
  • If you feel you are in awesome shape now then try insanity, p90x, or chalean extreme by beachbody. Kick your *kitten* all over again even if you are in stellar shape!

    It has EVERY workout dvd made, I swear! lol!! Anyway, you can do a search and even watch clips from each one to see if you even like it.
