Ankle weakness?

So I've changed my running style to pose and have had great improvements. I've noticed that my arch still collapses a bit and my ankle rolls in a bit during the landing. It doesn't hit the ground or anything, but a definite drop.
I'm thinking this could be a weakness in the ankle in addition to the low arches. Does anyone know of some exercise to strengthen the ankles for more stablilty?
And no I don't just want to get a show that has more support, I just revert back to my old running style in those and have a host of other worse problems.

Have you tried resistance bands? My 13 yo kid uses them at the physical therapists recommendation. It also increase range of motion helping to minimize injury.
Google resistance bands and ankles. If you can find them, drop me a PM and I'll look for you.
Hope this helps!
