Anybody out there in the same situation as me?
Just over a yr ago I had an industrial accident, leaving unable to walk far, prior to this I was always big but I also used to walk 10 miles a day on average.
Now after 15 months I find myself bordering 30st, and really felt the need to do something.
Having been taken on by our local dietician, she recommended this site.
In 4 weeks I have lost 5lb.

Hiya Ange, well done. I love this website, I feel motivated, without feeling pressurised.
I'm in the UK too. Good luck xx

Hi, I have a fair few pounds to loose but have just been diagnosed with arthritis so I know how hard it is to get the exercise in. I'm in the UK and please feel free to add me, always around to give support!!!0
