So, did anyone manage to successfully exercise with some broken limb? In my case it's a broken ankle, I can put zero pressure on it for the next 8 weeks, and it's casted.

I'd like to not just sit here and get fatter, yo.

I've been working my upper body with these bad boys while I recover from a nasty bout of Athlete's Foot.

    Google "chair exercises" for ideas.

Shadow boxing is a good form of cardio you can do while seated.

Never had a broken bone, but are you able to get in water with it? Water aerobics kills. I know they sometimes cast children with casts that can be immersed.

Nope :( I've been banned from water sadly.

Is staring at your tongue a calorie burner?

There's all sorts of exercises you can do on your knees. (see... this sounds wrong but bear with me) or sitting in a chair.

Pushups, bicep curls, shoulder press, bench press, ab machine. There's all sorts of circuit training machines you can use.

For cardio, a rowing machine will keep you off your ankle.
