Is it okay to eat the same breakfast everyday?

So every day I wake up and eat 4 eggs. I love how they keep me full until lunch! Is it bad to eat the same thing every day... or do i need to mix it up.. Ideas?

    As long as you get what you need nutritionally, it doesn't really matter whether you eat the same thing every day or not (physiologically). It could get really dull though, and that may cause you to indulge in things you may have otherwise not.

    Also, as you lose weight, make sure you think about adjusting portion sizes as well.

    Thanks. I was upping my breakfast portion. Works for me since I go work out right after, and I need all the calories. aaand you are suppose to eat 70% of your calories before dinner. :)
