Nutritional Intake for First Trimester

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows the nutritional intake for protein, carbs, and fat for women in their first trimester? I know that the calories don't get upped until the second trimester and even then, they aren't terribly significant (200-300). I'm having a hard time finding the other intake preferences online though and I don't have my doctor's appt until Friday. I mainly ask because while I've been eating consistently throughout the day and keeping it healthy, I still feel hungrier than usual (like stomach growling hunger). It makes me wonder if I'm not getting enough protein, fat, or carbs with my current settings. Thanks!!

I like the Brewer diet. It is protein heavy. Google Brewer diet and you should find a bunch of resources.
