When logging my food, I always feel like I'm either under- or over-estimating the weight (ounces, grams) of the food I eat so I'm never really sure if my caloric intake is accurate. Can anyone suggest a good, yet economical, food scale?? Thanks!

I got a basic one from a grocery store for about $15 (store brand). It's accurate (I checked a few items). I think the best thing to look for is one where you can switch the unit of measurement and one with either a bowl or a way to change the tare.0

I got a 20-25 dollar Taylor at Wal-mart. Been working great for me.0
