Carb Cycling - AM I DOING IT RIGHT?

I hear everyone talking about carb cycling and was wondering if I am doing it right.
My diet is currently set to 1529 cals and i am trying to do 10% carbs Day 1; 20% carbs Days 2; and 50% carbs Day 3
The total breakdown ends up being:
Day 1 (carbs 10% ~38g); (protein 40% 153g ); (fat 50% 85g)
Day 2 (carbs 20% ~76g); (protein 40% 153g ); (fat 40% 68g)
Day 3 (carbs 50% ~191g); (protein 20%; 76g ); (fat 30%; 51g)
Is this right? I am not sure if my fat is too high on some days or not? Do I have the right carb % numbers and do I have the right distribution b/w protein and fat?
Anything else I should know?

this looks very similar to the plans i've seen thus far!
I'm doing 1800 cals and 3 days of "low" carbs at less than 75 g of carbs (about 13% it turns out) and one "high" day more than 150 g carbs which is about 30% (though, i try to get higher and fail!)0 -
Why do you think this is necessary?0

It keeps your body guessing so it doesn't get used to one or the other (low carb vs high carb)...I am sure there is a very lengthy scientific explanation that goes along with this as well0
