Need help re: workout with personal trainer

I am looking for videos online to reinforce the correct body position for some stuff I am doing with my personal trainer. I only workout with him 2x/week. I think that if I looked at a video of proper body position, it would help me imbed it in my memory so that I remember the positions between workouts (until it becomes more routine). I am a very visual learner, and my PT has demonstrated the positions to me, but I think looking at videos on youtube or the like would reinforce what I am learning/doing.
I can't figure out the right terminology for what to look for. We do a series of weight training exercises in a metal frame that has a weight bar with "hooks" so that the bar slides up and down when you turn the bar to release it from the hooks. What is that frame called? A "rack"? A "cage"? I know that doing deadlifts, rows, inverted pullups, etc will look different in that "frame" than out in the open gym space (because I am vision-impaired, we've decided this is a safe way to do those exercises without worrying about people around me, etc.)
So, that's the long way of asking where or how to find videos of deadlifts and rows and pushups and pullups and lunges etc. done within that apparatus.
Thanks for your help!

You looked on Spark People, right? I always find some good stuff there!0

Smith Machine is what you're talking about.
The Smith Machine doesn't let the weight travel in it's natural range of motion, so I'd be wary of doing heavy deadlifts on it. That said, I'm neither your doctor or your personal trainer so I'll let you guys decide what's best. I can certainly understand why it may be better for you to use it, given your situation. And it should be fine with the other exercises you mentioned.
Good luck!0 -

David - Once again, you've responded to one of my posts with valluable information. Thank you!
Someone else sent me a very helpful PM, and when I looked on youtube, I found some great demonstration/instruction videos for using the Smith machine (exactly what I was describing). I can definitely see now what my personal trainer was trying to communicate re: alignment of my body. He is a great PT and is so conscientious about correcting my form to prevent injury and I definitely have a better understanding now that I have looked at some videos.
BTW, I had checked sparkpeople but couldn't find precisely what I was looking for there. Hadn't thought to check livestrong but will note that resource and check it out as soon as possible.
The youtube videos I found most helpful were all posted by the same username - scotthermanfitness - just in case anyone else needs the same type of resource.
Thanks again to everyone who took the time to provide assistance here and/or in PMs to me. I love this site!0
