Building Muscle Whilst Burning Fat

Hi All,

I am currently doing Jillian MIchaels 30 day shred as my fitness program along with EM2WL macros 35% carbs 20% fat 45% protein at a TDEE-15%.

I will be finishing 30DS on 30 June and hoping to lose 1 inch off my waist, thighs and arms (would be happy with 0.5 inch though). I am then going to go on to Ripped in 30 which I am hoping is a little more strenuous.

My question is I want to burn fat whilst building muscle and once my Ripped in 30 DVD has been completed I wanted to go onto something a little more hardcore that will give me this effect. Could anyone help me with a DVD for weight lifting/cardio that is a little harder and will help me build muscle whilst losing weight? also any tips on how much weight I should be lifting, I am currently using 3kg dumbells for the 30 day shred.

    Kettlebells are great as they are cardio and strength traininig i have also never done a harder workout. I do a mixture of running, zumba, weights and kettlebells still have a way to go but working for me.
