What are some good sources of protein.
I would like to add more to my diet without taking supplements. I can only think of Chicken, Eggs and Cheese.

joke right, chicken, eggs and cheese....
beef
pork
lamb
turkey
fish
duck
goose
goat
rabbit
quail
you know pretty much any animal you can find at the butcher shop or grocery store
nuts
cottage cheese
yogurt
greek yogurt (twice the protein)
milk
bread/pasta (grain has some protein though not much)
some vegetables like...
broccoli
spinach
peas
green beans (though not much)
beans of any kind canned or dry examples
pinto
lima
black
chick pea

Quinoa can satisfy that carb craving yet still add a good amount of protein per serving.0
