Dr oz and Proana

Was just watching Dr Oz, he is doing a show on proana.
It is hard to watch, but it shows that there is nothing glamerous about going down that road.
We are all fighting to lose weight or gain strength and are using this site to help educate ourselves.
Watching this show on Dr Oz today just helped me put checks in place so that if I begin to obscess about the scales, or the calories in food, or my calorie deficit settings, then it is time to remember that my goal is be healthy for my back.
Ways I stop myself from obcessing:
Step on the scales only once a week
Pay attention to the iron, calcium and vitamon settings instead of the fat/sugar (not saying they are not important)
Enjoy food, healthy food, with my family.

Just wondering if what other thoughts out there.
For those suffering with the disease, I am sorry and want to be kind and supportive, not critical.
