6 pack abs...

Hey guys,

I am looking for tips on shedding the weight around my midsection or as I like to call it, the "front porch" lol. My question is how much/often should I be doing cardio and how often should I be doing ab exercises?

I am at 24% body fat right now, I am looking to get down to about 10%...Need to know how aggressive I am going to have to get. I am eating about 2000-2300 calories a day. I am 5'10" 210ish.
