what would you conside my day as?

I am a mother of 4. I clean here and there (house is never spotless) which means dishes are done, laundry kept up with, toys picked up every evening, ect.. I run errands with the kids (they are 8, 5, 3, and 19 months old) and we go to parks at least 2-4 times a week. I don't work out of the home, I do all the shopping myself. I spend most of the time out of the house with the children. Is my activity level considered sedementary or light activity? It was set on light acitivty for a good while but I never can eat the 1950 calories. Today I went and fiddled with the settings and set it to sedementary and it lowered 300 calories which sounds way better for me. (I average 1450-1500 calories a day usually) NOW I also work out 3-5 times a week for at least an hour at a time. I log those in. I never can eat allt he calories back though. I even started taking a low fat low sugar protein supplement to help up my protein and calories some (drinking it with almond milk) am i doing this wrong?? if you want i can open my diary up and you can see what my days look like. (i think its set as private right now)
