I've recently started Tabata workouts and since they don't have this in the exercise database I'm not sure what would be the closest thing to use to calculate my calories burned. I've been using Circuit training, but it doesn't seem to be enough. I know I can create the exercise, but don't know what to base my calories burned on since I don't have a heart rate monitor. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks!

I use circuit training and I think it is a good estimate. You have to figure during the 4 minutes, you are resting over a minute of it if you do 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.0
