HeLLo! My name is Catherine aka Cat! I'm 25 years old. I am a wife and a mother of 2 beautiful girls! My life is truly blessed! But the only thing that is holding me back is this weight! Still carrying the baby weight from the first pregnancy! and she is 4! Well i weighed in 233lbs at my doctor's office sometime in july. My goal weight is to get down to around 140-150lb atleast! I started using the food diary Aug 4th and writing everything down i eat! even if it's not good! but that's okay cause i feel guilty about it and makes me want to stay motivated! but im on here to also meet people who are in the same boat as me. well i wish everybody goodluck on your journey and congrats to people who lost weight!

welcome! I signed up a few months ago but only started this week! And so far no luck! I think I'm going to kick it into high gear on the weekend! I feel the same way about the guilt when you record all the food you eat.....I feel horrible when I have to write down the junk food and it stares at me! lol

The best thing about this site is the knowledge you gain simply by being honest and logging every bit of food - even he bad stuff. Information is power, and we can use this power to change the way we live!!
Surprisingly, now that I'm eating healthy I'm eating much more food - just less calories.
I used to starve myself until 5pm then eat like crazy all night - all processed food.
Now I eat healthy all day long, and I feel great, and I'm always full. I only realized this by logging my food!
I know that you guys can do the same! this is a change for the better, and a change for life.

Oh sorry, misunderstood. But then again, no website will give you the will power to help yourself. That needs to come from inside you. When you are ready to make that change inside, then you will find it is really easy to do. Good luck.0 -
yeaa i understand! i started my diet aug 4th and been doing good by eating right and exercising! but then my workout partner/friend left for vacation and i went to a couple classes and started slacking off and then my husband took 2 weeks leave so i've been at home spending time with him and my eating habits has also changed alot! i've been snacking alot more and not been making the right choices at all! and when i record them on my food diary i feeeel so guilty! i promised myself tomorrow to goto the gym and get back to my routine! i just have to get myself motivated to get back on track. wanted to say congrats to chgudnitz for losing 67lbs! good job!0
