Hi everyone, so I'm new to this so be gentle lol.

I'm Luke, 27, from Oxford, I work as a coach driver and I'm in training to be an amateur boxer.

Ideally im looking to lose weight (fat), and build muscle but retain speed and agility.

I'm currently at 13 stone and my ideal weight would be 11 stone but I'm happy to get down to 12 as I'm looking to build muscle and be ripped.

There's no dodging the fact that I have a belly and love handles that I'm hoping to lose, that's where my cardio training will come in.

Basically I'm just looking for tips and hints from others that are in the same boat as me, any boxers or body builders etc
