Omelet Fritata! - (Can use any ingredients), good for breakfeast or lunch

4 eggs beaten
1/3 pound turkey sausage
1/2 cup diced mushroom
1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup grated 2% cheddar cheese
1 tbs olive oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

In a large skillet heat olive oil , then add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms to the heated skillet. Cook until mushrooms are soft. Then add the turkey sausage, cook until sausage is done. Turn off the heat and add the beaten eggs and cheese. Mix all together and put into a greased deep dish pan or muffin tins. Cooke for at least 10 min or until eggs are fluffy and no longer runny. Serve and enjoy!:tongue::tongue:

(My husband hates eggs but loves this dish !)
