Hi I'm wandering if going over you protien is as bad as going over your sugar or fat? I know you shouldn't go over anything but just wandering?

MFP actually has protein set on the low side so if you are using the default settings, you should be fine. Protein is a good thing so unless you have a medical condition that would be adversely affected, you can and should go over the amounts they give you.0

You wandered to the right place. MFP puts your protein goals low.
A general goal range should be 1g/kg of lean body mass. 2g/kg is what bodybuilders suggest.0 -
