400 days on MFP and still going...! (and a few pics)

Hard to believe I’ve been logging into this site for 400 days. Even harder to believe are the lifestyle changes I’ve been able to make. I owe a lot of thanks to the awesome, wonderful, and supportive people on this site.

Every day is not perfect and every day has not been easy but I'm proud to say that I've kept at it. Every day I seem to notice something that is a little easier or something that I'm a little more comfortable doing prior to starting on the road to good health. I can no longer count the number of NSV’s that I’ve achieved but there seems to be a new one every day. I hope these couple of pics can inspire someone to reach their fitness goals. I’m not there yet but I’m on my way and if my fat *kitten* can do, so can you!

Thank you to everyone here that has supported and inspired me along the way.
