has anyone else checked this out? They have the whole 100 push ups, 200 sit ups etc etc, but also a 7 weeks to ripped thing. Just curious if you'd seen it.
also, there are lots of groups for the push up, sit up and all challenges, I was wondering if anyone wanted to start any of these (if you haven't heard of it, lemme know, I'll shoot you a link, it's kind of awesome)

I know this is kinda an old post, but I just came across this tonight on the 200 squats page. Does anyone have any experience with it? Would anyone like to give it a go?0
