Re-doing my bedroom tonight, any idea? lol I figure it should count, since just washing the walls, moving furniture, and prepping has me breaking a sweat:laugh:

mayb it would be under the housecleaning ,, i think there was that in our cardio part of this program,, ya im sure it does burn something we just as might put it in for calories when ever i do something extra i put it in .. :flowerforyou:
