Hey! I'm new to MFP. My name is Julia, I'm an eighteen year old student. I'd love to meet a few people with similar goals as me so we could motivate and help each other stay on track.

I'm all about healthy eating and active living; working with your body and not against it!

    I am 5'7 and a few years ago I was 140 and felt fat ..... I hope to be there one day again . I think I will appreciate it this time LOL.. Good luck
