41 and need to be HEALTHY!

I'm doing it this time...no ifs, ands, or (big) butts!!! Routine exercise has sadly never been a part of my life, but I finally realized my weight is going nowhere without it. I am as out of shape and uncoordinated as they come, but the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home tapes are going to be my saving grace. I can flail all over the place and not worry about being embarrassed :laugh: . Add me if you would like a supportive buddy!

    I think it's awesome you're determined to get some exercise. Making exercise a vital part of your life starts with just getting it done! But don't let anyone tell you you can't achieve your weight loss goals without it... Weight loss is 80% diet. I got to my highest weight ever training hard 5 days a week. I just ate WAY. TOO. MUCH.

    You will never regret the decision to work out though. It's just true.

    Welcome and congratulations on making the decision to become healthier! This is a great site and I'm sure you'll like it.
    I too have started out with Leslie Sansone's DVDs! I found that starting small and gradually increasing
    my workouts are some things that work for me..good luck on your journey
