What do you think of the "Strong Women, stay young" series

I followed one of the books years ago and became stronger a little more toned. She uses small hand weights which gradually get heavier. The book is old and I wondered if there are better books out there. I am not going to go to the gym and I'd like some resistence work without having great big weights at home.

I've got it, I had it years ago and forgot about it. Now I am trying to get fitter etc I have dug it out and I have done some of the routines again. They worked for me in the past but at the moment I am doing the 30 day shred so am giving it a rest.

When my 30 days is up I think I might combine the strong women routine with tae bo video to get a cardio and strength mix.

I was hoping someone might want to get a "Strong Women Stay Strong" Group together. I've gained back almost half the weight I've lost and have two bad knees and think this will be what gets me back on track. Any takers????
