I have a question about interval training....
On the teadmill I am doing 10 km/h (running) for 2 mins and then 8 km/h (jogging) for 4 mins- repeating for 30 mins.
Should there be a greater gap between then speeds? I can't really run any faster than 10 km/h but I don't really want to go slower than 8km/h because then I'd just be fast walking and it doesn't seem as beneficial.
My heart is changing about 20-30 between the speeds....
Thanks in advance for some good advice!

If you were doing Tabata intervals, you would be doing 20 seconds sprint, 10 seconds rest, repeat 8 times for 4 minutes.
My point being, maybe its the 2 minutes you could drop for higher speed.0
