What food should you eat during your period, to boost your energy and make you feel less sluggish! And also does anyone have any suggestions for what food stops cramp/aches?

A magnesium supplement is great for muscle cramps and energy. My nutritionist has me on Metragenics Fibroplex Plus (yummy!) for the 10 days leading up to my period and during. It's effervescent powder you add to water, very refreshing. I add mine to soda water for a sparkling drink.0
