Is there a point where you're body thinks that you are at its expected weight and where you really can not go much less than that without starving yourself? I used to stay at 110 lbs back after my second kid and now the lowest i seem to get to is 112 and then i bounce back and forth from112 to 114 ,I know that you can always burn fat which becomes muscle giving you a smaller toned apperance but i was wondering about losing more. Any advice?
