Hi,

Would anyone be able to let me know how many calories I can count for doing xboxt kinexct zumba for about 45 - 60 mins.

    Hi, doesn't the game show you how many calories you burnt? Maybe I'm confusing it with another game, I have the Your Shape for xbox kinect and that shows me how many calories I've burnt after a workout...
    Also you may like to try this calculator!!!! Zumba's the very last one on the list!

    I burn as much with the game as i do in the class. On my HRM it says between 400-600 depending on how long i do my workout for.
