Do you weight your potato before or after cooking it? As iv'e noticed there is a big difference??

There is a difference because the baked potato will weigh less once cooked than it did raw due to the loss of moisture but it will still contain the same amount of calories so I don't think it makes any difference to your calorific intake if you weigh and log as a raw potato or weigh it after cooking and log that value.
That's my understanding anyway but I have been known to be wrong. ;-)0
