Surely you burn calories whilst doing strength training? Help please

Thanks! I've been looking for a way to have it count towards calories too. It may not be 100% accurate but at least it can work as an estimate for how many calories were burnt. Now if only I had a HRM. :P0 -

Ah, okie dokie. I'll take your word for it then. I probably will want to invest in a HRM for my cardio days, but if my gym equipment can tell me my heart rate, could I just use that instead? I could save some money that way right?0
