short jog, breakfast, STARVING

Good Morning!
Some days even when my job was short and I have already had breakfast (today an egg and whole wheat toast), I am sooo hungry still. What do you do? I like to listen to my body- and it seems actually hungry! But I want to keep it to a healthy calorie goal today since I only did a short jog. What do you eat to stay full when protein and whole wheat haven't worked so far?
(In my bodies defense, I have been awake for about 3 hours).

Have you drank a bunch of water? It could be thirst that your body is feeling as hunger.
You can add to that breakfast. Depending on your calorie goal daily an egg and piece of toast is a small breakfast.0 -
Usually eat 2 egg whites, maybe a container of muscle milk, (lite) and always add veggies if I'm overly hungry. I don't always eat traditional breakfast foods at breakfast. Sometimes I eat salmon to get extra protein and omega fats in too.0

I plan most of my meals around my work outs. If I run in the morning, I have half a protein bar before the run (about 100 calories) and then have a slightly smaller breakfast after.0
