Frustrated

Ive been using MFP for about 4 months now. I lost in the begining, not fast but I did loose. But I have been stuck at my current weight of 136 for about a month now... I keep going between 136-138. Its very frustrating. Im eatting my 1200 calories a day and get in some exercise almost daily. But things have been so hectic around here that I dont get in as much as I want. I also am a very active person, and have animals and a garden to take care of and 6 acreas of land to keep up... I barly sit down... Any suggestions will be helpful!! Thanks!

    Are you eating your exercise calories back? 1,200 is usually low for most people.

    Are you drinking enough water? Limiting your sodium and processed/frozen foods?

    By the sounds of it 1,200 is too low for the amount of exercise and activity you do on a daily basis.

    I would suggest eating more. It sounds counter-intuitive, i know, but i doubt 1200 is enough for a person who is lives a hectic and active life. My weight loss had plateaued for a while, and i started eating more calories, but eating nothing processed, and despite having about a 1000 calories/day more than i had been having, my weight loss rate increased.

    WHAT are you eating? Sometimes it's not so much about how much, but what. Try to avoid processed refined foods of any kind, and that includes oils.

    I dont eat any prepackaged foods. Most of my meals are from the farm. Oraganic vegetables and and yard eggs. I guess I could try eatting my exercise calories back. But I dont always know when Im going to get to exercise and then I would be eatting at like 9:00 at night. Its crazy! Thanks for the help...

    Hey lady,
    Sorry your frustrated....
    I was going to say that everyone is probably going to suggest to try eating more. Maybe up to 1400 calories?
