30 Day Shred? Everyday?

Hi all - to those who have had success with the 30 day shred, did you do it every day for 30 days?

A friend who I've always assumed was knowledgeable regarding fitness and health said doing the same workout every day for 30 days would be pointless as your body 'adapts' and then fails to 'respond'. Is this not the case?

I've had the video for a while and do the workouts every now and again to supplement my regular routine but am considering giving the consecutive 30 day route a try.

    I just started with day one yesterday, so I'm curious to hear the responses. Although, from what I understand since it's three different workouts (levels 1,2, and 3) you'd be switching it up every ten days.

    You aren't doing the same thing for 30 days, you have 3 different levels at 10 days a piece. I was doing it everyday and switched to level 2 after level 1 got to be easy for me which was before the 10 days was up. There have been days that I didn't do it but you are supposed to do it everyday.
