BIGGEST LOSER!

i was just watching re-runs of the biggest loser, we are way behind on the shows here (i live in Ireland)
but i was just thinking, not to take away from any of their achievements, because they all did really well, BUT on this site, we do this without personal trainers telling us to exercise every day and get our butts out of bed, we choose what to eat and learn how to eat healthily, we have no diet plans put in front of us, we choose to lose this weight even though there are a million other things going on in our lives
they have one purpose in that house, to lose weight, we are not given that luxury in real life
we have husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends, children, mothers, fathers, relatives to look after, we have to do housework, go to work, do shopping, have a social life, go to college and school,
we are juggling a million different things and we still are losing weight and being healthier to get to our goals and achieve our dreams, well done to everyone for putting some time away every day to reach our goals, not everyone does, but we are all working really hard to get there
so i just wanted to say WELL DONE to us all and to really realise that we can do it, we are doing it, and we are fabulous!

Funny that you posted this. Jay and mark kruger from season 5 are from my home town in mass. I recently came in contact with jay and he said that he had heard about my weight loss and said that I was a true inspiration. I thanked and said that I was amazed that he thought I was an inspiration considering all that he accomplished on the show. He said " i lived on a ranch where we ate slept and breathed weight loss. You did it with work, family and all the challenges of every day life. That makes you a true inspiration."
That meant a lot to me. And he is right. We are all true inspirations. I am headed down to my home town to run a 5k with him and some of the other season 5 cast. I'm definitely looking forward to it.0
