Hello All.

I've always loved myfitnesspal, however, I've not been as diligent as I'd like at posting my information.

I'm looking to shed about 10lbs but more importantly, gain a handle on what I am putting into my body. My overall goal is a strong, agile body. Skinniness is not what I am searching for.

Any support is appreciated. :)
