I am just dropping in to say hi. I started on here June 1st, and have been logging my daily eating and exercise religiously. It has helped. I am down 17 lbs since I first weighed myself on April 12, so almost 2lbs per week.
I started doing a weight loss challenge at work, when I saw the scale the first weigh in, it shocked me and pushed me over the edge to do something about my weight. It is my weight and my problem. I will learn will power, portion control and self control.

good luck on your journey, I started here properly on 8th June. I previously did weight watchers and lost 3st but since Christmas I have been messing about and got bored with it and gained back a stone, I decided to try something different and here I am.
